Innovia Films manufacture two speciality materials – Cellulose films and Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP). To these base films highly specialised surface coatings and metallised finishes are added according to customer order requirements.

Our unique process technology, much of which is developed, designed and built in-house, is one of our core strengths and one of the elements which helps us to maintain our leading position in key markets.
To this we add our fundamental understanding of polymer properties. Our ability to combine this knowledge with our unique manufacturing processes enable us to produce a range of films with exceptional attributes. It is this combination that allows us to consistently strive for and achieve “step-out” developments.
Our third core competency lies in surface engineering. This underpins many of the features and performance characteristics of the Innovia Films product range, whether it be films for print receptivity, heat sealability, high speed wrapping, balanced shrink, tailored permeability or gloss.
Ultimately these key skills allow us to exploit combinations of raw materials and surface technology to develop truly unique film structures.
