New Member of SEDEX

Innovia Films have recently become a member of SEDEX - Supplier Ethical Data Exchange Ltd (www.sedex.org.uk).  SEDEX is a not-for-profit company that was developed by a group of UK retailers and suppliers.  It is a secure web-based system for collecting, managing, analysing and reporting ethical data, in order to promote the improvement of labour standards within global supply chains.

Detailed information on our employment standards and policies has now been entered onto the SEDEX database.  Examples of categories of information provided include:
•    Freedom of employment
•    Health, safety and hygiene
•    Wages
•    Working hours
•    Discrimination

This information is updated every 6 months.  Those of our customers who are members of SEDEX can analyse our data and be reassured that the labour standards of the workers in their supply chain are protected.
